Blackout roller blinds Roller blinds are one of the best ways to block out light in a room, especially in bedrooms where outside lights and the sun in the mornings can often wake people up. However please note that only the fabric of the blind will be blackout and some light will still filter around the sides of the blind. This can be reduced by fitting the blind as close to the window frame as possible - but don't forget about any obstacles such as handles protruding from the window.
